Located in the heart of Maitland just a mile from I-4, with early and late care options, Camp J is convenient, too.

The JCC hires the best of the best to teach your child for the summer. In our Early Childhood Learning Center, our teachers all have specialized training in early childhood education. All of our staff members participate in ongoing professional development to ensure the very highest quality of education. In addition, half of our teachers have been with the JCC for an average of 14 years.
And in our Youth Camps, your elementary or middle schooler will be surrounded by current elementary school teachers. All of our staff receive rigorous professional training to provide the best, safest possible experience for your child over the summer.

Incredible Facilities.

The Roth JCC’s 12-acre campus in Maitland is the perfect site for a full, enriching camp experience. Our air-conditioned facility features a gymnasium, children’s library & computer lab, art studio, game room, and theatre. But our outdoor facilities are what really make our camp experience—your child will learn to swim in our Junior Olympic-size swimming pool, play ball on our athletic fields, shoot hoops on our outdoor basketball court, learn to serve on our tennis courts, get messy in our Science Pavilion, and strengthen gross motor skills on our state-of-the-art, age-appropriate playgrounds.

Special Needs

Camp J offers an inclusion-based program called Camp Masada, which focused on real life situations to prepare children with special needs for independence as an adult.
