Seniors
The JCC offers many services for senior adults in the community, including exercise and wellness programs; entertainment, socials and guest speakers; opera series and current event discussion groups, responsible care, escorted travel club; Sunday afternoon movies; informal socializing; cards, Mah Jongg and board games; and singles and couples clubs.
As you can see, our seniors are very active socializing and volunteering. They log hundreds of hours each year volunteering in the community and have won two Walt Disney World Community Service Awards. We have two locations where our seniors meet - the JCC in Maitland and the JCC in Southwest Orlando.

Respite Care
Are you providing all of the support for a loved one? Do you need a break from care giving? Do you want to provide activities for your loved one—art, music, holiday celebrations—without having to worry? Would you like meals provided?
The Jewish Community Respite Program is located at the Roth Jewish Community Center, Maitland Campus. This is the only respite program in the Orlando area that addresses the special religious, cultural and dietary needs of the Jewish community. The program, a partnership between Share the Care, Jewish Community Center, and the Jewish Pavilion of Central Florida provides respite for caregivers of the elderly who care for family members at home with memory impairments and dementia
