At the JCC, we’re all about helping you achieve your goals—whether it’s to run those miles, learn to shoot hoops, drop those pounds, or simply make friends.
The JCC Fitness Center is a gym that’s good for your heart, but full of heart, too. It’s practically family. Memberships include the support of a personal trainer to jumpstart your fitness plan, the comfort of exercising on brand-new equipment in our non-threatening fitness center, and the camaraderie of group exercise classes, like yoga, Zumba, and cycling.
From Zumba to Yoga, Boot Camp to Mat Pilates, Cycling to Senior Sizzle, the JCC offers our members great free group exercise classes. Not a member? Each class is just $10 for a 60-minute class, or $5 for a 30-minute class.
Do you want to lose body fat, or tone your muscles? Maybe you simply need help developing a fitness plan that works for you. Let one of our personal trainers help you reach your goals. Our personal trainers are some of the most qualified and experienced fitness professionals in the Orlando area.
If you’re looking to get in shape, meet people, get competitive, or just have some fun, you’ll love the JCC’s adult sports programss.
Here at the JCC, we’ve got a number of sports activities, leagues, and lessons for elementary school to high school! With activities in Archery, Ultimate Frisbee, Gymnastics, Basketball, Tennis, Golf, and Karate, your child will learn sportsmanship, teamwork and athletic skills in the JCC environment. Plus, we also have Youth Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football Leagues.
