Roth JCC Renovation Project
Over the past four decades, the JCC is proud of the impact we have made on our community and look forward to the lives we will change and improve for years to come. Now it’s time to rejuvenate the JCC facilities. The work will improve the aesthetics and functionality of the facilities, enhance the overall experience for our members, and attract more participation as we continue to serve as a community hub.

Time To Help Our Second Home
SWIMMING AREA
Our swimming pool area has served as a gathering spot for almost 40 summers. Our renovation will include resurfacing the pool, adding a shade structure to the kiddie pool, installing a family seating area, replacing the deck surface, incorporating a picnic area/snack bar and updating the locker rooms.
ECLC ENTRANCE
One of our priorities is to update the entrance and lobby area of our award-winning Richard S. Adler Early Childhood Learning Center, so that its exterior matches the treasure that’s found inside.
COURTYARD PLAYGROUND
The outdoor courtyard playground used by our youngest members needs a facelift. We plan to install synthetic grass because it looks natural, is environmentally friendly —and most importantly, kids love it!
AUDITORIUM DIVIDERS
As the popularity of our summer camp and other childhood programs have grown, we are in need of new dividers to allow the auditorium to be used as two separate spaces.
OUTDOOR BASKETBALL COURTS
Our most popular youth sports program has outgrown our existing indoor facilities and resurfacing of our outdoor basketball courts will allow us to expand the number of participants and offer additional specialty summer camps.
TENNIS COURTS
From our women’s tennis teams and youth training programs to our private lessons and specialty camps, all the players need the best courts to hit their best shots. Our four courts are in need of resurfacing.

40 Years and Counting…
The Jewish Community Center of Greater Orlando was born of a dream realized in 1973, through the efforts of several dedicated leaders, who recognized the community’s emerging need for social, educational and cultural programming. Thus, a little wooden house in a Maitland orange grove became the foundation for the ongoing success and positive impact the JCC has had on its growing community.

The JCC has come a long way from that little wooden house and our first 26 families. Today, a 68,000-square-foot facility in the heart of Maitland is enjoyed by over 20,000 members of the Greater Orlando community, both Jewish and non-Jewish.
JCC Mission
Build community, strengthen family life, and promote Jewish values.
