 Honoring Ben and Maura Weiner
Ben and Maura Weiner are JCC Members in Perpetuity, and their children, Jacob and Josh, have had wonderful experiences attending the JCC preschool and summer camps.
Ben is a native Orlandoan, and his family has been active in the Jewish Community for decades. Ben has very fond memories of growing up playing basketball and softball at the JCC. Maura hails from Mississippi and was exposed to JCC activities through a collegiate trip to Israel sponsored by the Atlanta JCC. She is currently a board member of the JCC.
Ben is highly involved in the Jewish community, serving on the Jewish Family Services board for over 20 years, during which time he also served a term as President. Ben and Maura served on the board for the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando, as well as chairing the Allocation Committee in different years. They have also worked with Heart of Florida United Way’s campaign cabinet in past years. Maura is currently on the board for Gift for Teaching. Ben and Maura highly support Congregation Ohev Shalom and are committed to maintaining a vibrant JCC for their children and future generations.
