What’s your training philosophy?
I believe that training should meet the goals of the client as well as provide an overall improvement in strength, balance, flexibility and endurance.  Beyond those physical benefits, there naturally should
emerge more self-confidence, a sense of well-being, and enjoyment in attaining personal successes for
the client.  Sessions should be challenging, diverse and fun, where a great emphasis is placed on strengthening the core.  Many ailments and aches can be lessened or prevented by establishing fitness habits which can provide people of all ages with freedom of movement and improvement in their quality
of life.

What is your training philosophy?
Helping people find their way to better health has become a passion of hers. She values hard work and discipline and applies that to both her personal and professional life. Through her certification courses, training, and by observing and working alongside other experienced trainers, she developed the ability to diversify training to accommodate the unique needs of her clients. She specializes in core training, flexibility exercise, weight management, and strength training, as well as, prenatal and special group workouts. Erin realizes the importance of fitness in her life and desires to help people understand the impact of fitness in theirs as well.

I think training should above all be inspiring and geared to each individual, insuring their specific goals are met with the guidance and expertise of their trainer.  No matter what stage of life or condition someone is, they can improve their overall health and self-esteem through a motivational fitness program.  I have always lived my life by the saying, “If you imagine it, you can achieve it.  If you can dream it, you can become it.” (William Arthur Ward) With this approach to training, I help my clients reach their individual personal objectives in a fun and challenging way.
