What’s your training philosophy?
I believe that an exercise program should be challenging, meaningful, and fun! Whatever method an individual chooses to pursue, it is key they get some kind of satisfaction from the activity. A quality program combines a client’s fitness goals along with a trainer’s expertise in an effort to effectively improve fitness levels. It is a vital part of a healthy and happy life. Whatever your personal challenge is, you can climb it one step at a time. With proper training and skill anything is possible. Vince Lombardi said it best, “It is time for us to stand and cheer for the doer, the achiever, the one who recognizes the challenge and does something about it.”

What’s your training philosophy?
Over the years I’ve come to realize like any structure your body needs a great foundation to withstand the test of time. The core muscles (abs-lower back) are where every fitness program should start. Also a gym is a controlled environment designed to prepare you physically and mentally for that uncontrolled, stressful world we encounter “out there.” In its own way the gym is a therapeutic and detoxifying tool to be used as prescribed.

What’s your training philosophy?
Exercise not only feels good but also reduces the risk of developing lifestyle related diseases (cardiovascular, type 2 diabetes, etc.). Regular exercise is also vital to ensuring that our bodies perform their best. I believe you must have these three principles to reach and maintain your goals: healthy nutrition, cardiovascular workout, and strength training. Workouts should also be fun and effective!
