Group Exercise Schedule - South Orlando

Classes below are free to all JCC members or $10 for non-members, and no registration is required.  All levels are welcomed to every class.  A minimum of 8 participants on average is needed to continue a class on a regular basis. Ab Blast

Thirty-minute class of pure hard core abdominal work.

Belly Dance

Come shake your groove and work your abs in this fun belly dance class.

Body Blast

Consists of 2 45 minute segments. 45 minutes of Cardio Box and 45 minutes of Pilates. You can do one or both! Cardio Box uses boxing moves to shape and tone your body while you get your heart rate up. Pilates uses poses and exercises to strengthen your body with an emphasis on the core.

Boot Camp

This class is a total body workout in 1 hour. You will have cardio and weights all in one in a station format. Designed to burn lots of calories!

Chair Yoga

With a focus on alignment, postures are practiced and modified for all levels in this non-competitive yoga class.

Cycle

GREAT Cardio!!! This class involves an indoor spin bike and you will be led through a variety of terrains that will challenge your heart and your legs.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Links breath with dynamic movement. Sun Salutation series may be faster paced than some of the other usana poses.

Step It Up!!!

A fun and challenging, fat burning, muscle toning, cardio class combining simple step, plyometric moves and resistance tools in a safe and effective manner. The intensity of the workout is determined by each person’s ability. Appropriate for multiple levels. Burn off those calories!

STRENGTH In Numbers

A personal trainer’s type workout with the added benefit of a group-fitness feel. Tweaks and adjustments made for each individual make this class a customized challenge.

Yoga

A 60-minute class using poses and breathing techniques for an intense workout. Poses are performed standing, seated, and lying on a yoga mat. Yoga is practiced for mental and physical health. It enhances strength, flexibility and is known to reduce stress.

A combination of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves which create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body!
