JCC members enjoy unlimited access to our two beautiful fitness centers, located at our Maitland Campus and Jack & Lee Rosen Southwest Orlando Campus. Health and fitness go hand-in-hand, and the JCC has trained staff, modern facilities and comprehensive programming for people of all ages, shapes and conditions.

Fitness Center

Our programs are housed in beautiful, modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment as well as the many other amenities and activities of a dynamic community center. At the JCC, you can get a great workout, play a game of pick-up basketball, or take an exercise class. And since it’s a community, everyone knows your name.

Complimentary Babysitting

Babysitting is available during most Group Exercise classes free to members.  Learn more about KidZone.
