Pilates Instructor

| Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: OVERVIEW Design and monitor safe, effective and results oriented pilates programs. Maintain strong sales productivity and consistent client base.
PROGRAMMING
- Document member information accurately, neatly, completely, and in a timely manner.
- Follow company protocol for greeting, goal setting, health history, assessments, program design and documentation.
- Develop safe and effective exercise programs utilizing progression; programs are consistent with members goals/needs.
- Demonstrate and instruct proper use of equipment with regard to muscle stabilization, body alignment and execution.
- Give clear, concise instruction before and during activity.
SALES
- Consistently demonstrate a sales through service philosophy.
- Take a proactive approach to client retention by developing solid relationships and serving each member above and beyond expectations.
- Maintain good sales production for pilates training.

Group Exercise Instructor - Zumba or Cardio Dance

| OVERVIEW Teach safe, fun, and effective group exercise classes while providing a high level of member service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: TEACHING SKILLS
- Provide group exercise classes that begin and end on time and follow the scheduled class guidelines as outlined in the class descriptions.
- Provide complete instructions, including body alignment, movement execution, muscle groups and corrections.
- Demonstrate correct body alignment and execution of each exercise.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of safety recommendations and injury prevention guidelines for both participants and instructors; current with all safety recommendations and policies.
- Choreograph movements to provide exercise patterns that are compatible, creative, interesting, fun, safe and effective.
- Provide variety by varying the choreography, music and exercises.
- Use proper flow and transition techniques.
- Use appropriate level of intensity, pace, time breakdown and choice of exercise for each class.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Provide a positive and enjoyable class atmosphere; give encouragement and create a comfortable and appealing environment with music and communication.
- Be courteous and friendly, greeting members by name whenever possible.
- Demonstrate genuine interest in and dedication to improving the health and fitness of the members.
- Communicate member feedback, comments and suggestions to management.
- Assist in providing class utilization reports.
- Adhere to microphone and stereo usage policies.
- Incorporate safety training and awareness into daily activities.
- Enforce member rules and regulations.
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Assist and support with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
MEMBER SERVICE
- Respond to members concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
- Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
- Exhibit awareness of and enthusiasm for all programs offered by the Center.

The session runs from Nov.3-Dec.15 and there are two classes each Tuesday. The first is for 3-5year olds and the second is for 5-10 year olds. The instructor needs to be patient, understanding,, and work well with children.
