The JCC Fitness Center is a great place to get your body in the best shape of your life.  To maximize everyone's enjoyment and ability to use the facilities to the fullest, plus to ensure the safety of all of our members, there are a few rules all fitness participants should be aware of.  If you have any questions regarding the fitness center rules, please contact Marnie Bernstein, Fitness Director, at 407-645-5933 x293 or email marnieb@orlandojcc.org.

  1. Use of the Fitness Center is for JCC members over the age of 13
  2. Team members 13-15 years of age must complete a special training orientation
  3. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the Fitness Center 
  4. Shirts, athletic shoes, and proper gym attire must be worn at all times. (no sandals or swimsuits) 
  5. With the exception of water no food or drinks are allowed in the Fitness Center
  6. Members are required to break down their weights after use
  7. Please be courteous and wipe down equipment
  8. All Personal Trainers must be employees of the JCC (Members are not allowed to bring outside trainers)
  9. When there is a wait for cardio equipment please observe a 30 minute maximum time
  10. Please consult your physician before starting an exercise program.
