Rishonim Lite and Chalutzim Lite camps offer all the traditional camp activities here on campus Monday thru Friday; there are no field trips for Lite Camp. Rishonim Explorers and Chalutzim Explorers enjoy camp activities here on campus Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and go on age appropriate field trips Tuesday and/or Thursday.

Camp groups are based on the grade your child is entering as of 9/1/10.
What if a camp reaches capacity? If a camp reaches capacity, potential campers will be put on a "camp waitlist.”
How do I waitlist for a course? If a camp group reaches capacity and you would like to waitlist your camper for that group please contact the Registrar’s office at 407-645-5933 x 336.
When will I know the status of the waitlist? As soon as a spot becomes available, if a camper withdraws or makes a schedule adjustment, the next camper on the waitlist will be given the option to enroll in the camp. We will notify you if this should happen.

Swimming
What happens during swim time? During your child’s scheduled swim time the group will go to the pool together. The children will put their belongings (towels & pool shoes) in a specified area. Then they will go through the shower and sit on the edge of the pool and wait for instructions. Two lifeguards and your child’s counselors will be in the water helping children individually with Red Cross instruction or games for approximately 15- 20 minutes. Then the children will have free swim for the remainder of the time. This is all closely monitored with counselors and lifeguards in the water and around the edge of the pool at all times.
What does my child need to wear to the pool if they are not potty trained? If your child is not potty trained or has frequent accidents, they are required to wear 3 layers of protection to keep the pool clean. The first layer is a swim diaper covered by plastic pants and then a bathing suit. They should come to school with a regular diaper on as well, which the counselors will remove before going to the pool.
What if my child has taken Infant Swim Research? We understand that Infant Swim Research may have conflicting views from Red Cross Instruction. Your child’s supervisor will happily make other arrangements for your child during instructional swim.
